Pataskala Meats is a USDA Federal Plant with full slaughter operations. Whole animals are available at the following approximate pricing:
Whole Hog including smoked ham and bacon products: $500
Whole Beef (or sold in halves for half the price show): $3,000
Whole Lamb: $375
Whole animal purchases are cut to customer requests and all cuts vacuum packaged for freezer.
Meat prices fluctuate regularly, pricing subject to change without notice.
Freezer Beef Only deals are for those customers who want to purchase beef in bulk but do not want to purchase a quarter or half cow, making the purchase a little cheaper

Ribeye steaks, Strips, and T-bones are usually about 1 lb each

Filet steaks are usually about 8 ounces each or half-pound each

Sirloin steaks are usually about 1.5 lbs each

Roasts are usually about 2.5 to 3.0 lbs each
